CC: Constructive Criticism


  • For every match, write a 100-word "Constructive Criticism" for either Captain.
  • Please use MS Word to write this "Constructive Criticism".
  • Email the "Constructive Criticism" to qz.cricket@gmail.com
  • Please email it before 5 am of the day following the day of the match.
  • In the subject line, enter the match number.
  • We will point out grammatical/spelling mistakes and judgemental errors
  • We will email the corrected "Constructive Criticism", along with your marks.
  • We may provide 3 other "Constructive Criticisms" with corrections made.
  • The best 10 entries will be given "Certificates of Merit".

SC: Score Card


  • For every match, create a "Score Card" for either side of the match.
  • Please use Excel or PowerPoint to create this "Score Card".
  • Email the "Score Card" to qz.cricket@gmail.com
  • Please email it before 5 am of the day following the day of the match.
  • In the subject line, enter the match number.
  • We will point out mathematical mistakes and judgemental errors.
  • We will email the corrected "Score Card", along with your marks.
  • We may provide 3 other "Score Cards" with corrections made.
  • The best 10 entries will be given "Certificates of Merit".

Compile your answers and SMS it to 8277355057 before 11:59 pm on the match day...

Remember the scoring system: You get +4 for every right answer, and -1 for every wrong answer. If you omit a question, then you get 0 for that question; you can omit a question by using the "?" symbol. Here is an example of a participant who sent this string of responses by an SMS: ABE?DBCA?E

To participate in this program, you need to take part in at least 40 of the 60 matches. If you take part in more than 40 matches, we will take the best 40 scores.

Based on your performance and the performance of others, we will give you a score out of 999. This score is your “Cricket Quotient” for IPL.

We could arrive at similar scores in other contests and help you arrive at a "Total Cricket Quotient".
